The Careers Strategy
The careers strategy was launched this week and is part of the government’s plan to make Britain fairer, improve social mobility and offer opportunity to everyone.
Raising the quality of careers provision requires a truly national effort. This strategy sets out what more we can do as a Government. But there is a crucial role for others too.
Employers, including those who are self-employed, have an important part to play if we are to succeed in our ambition to support individuals to grow and develop. This document sets out the Government’s plan for achieving just that– working closely with careers organisations and careers professionals, schools, colleges, universities, employers and others in the sector.
