Brighton, Hove & Sussex 6th Form College

Brighton, Hove & Sussex Sixth Form College (known locally as BHASVIC), is located on the border of Brighton and Hove and has an excellent reputation for high academic standards. A strong tutor system and a friendly atmosphere are important in creating this success. The College has a diverse group of students and is committed to providing equal opportunities for all members of our community.

The College offers a wide range of courses at both intermediate and advanced level, and all students have the opportunity to be involved in sport, music, drama, art, business and community links.

Results achieved by our students will give you confidence in your own future success. Our A level results are consistently very strong. In 2004, our 551 A level students achieved a pass rate of 96%, the 7th year that pass rates have been over 90%. At AS level, our 980 students achieved a pass rate of 88%. Our Advanced Vocational students achieved a pass rate of 95%.

BHASVIC's recently completed million pounds Sports Centre, with its huge sports hall plus dance studio, fitness suite, sports teaching rooms, café, student welfare and student union offices, has been a major addition to our existing high quality facilities.
