About AOSEC
AOSEC is the regional organisation representing all Further Education Colleges in the GOSE (Government Office for the South East) area. It works with colleges and partner organisations to provide world-class education and skills in the post compulsory education and training sector.AOSEC was established in November 2000 through the merger of the Southern Regional Council for Education and Training and the Association of South East Colleges and is a company limited by guarantee with charitable status.

AOSEC Professional Development Networks
AOSEC runs 22 professional development networks which bring together staff from across the FE sector to hear and discuss updates on areas relating to the curriculum or their job role. The networks are "owned" by the staff attending them and speakers are invited from a wide range of stake-holders including government agencies, awarding bodies, sector skills councils, businesses and consultants.
